Order on Monday, u can expect the hair on Thursday normally;
Order on Wed, u can expect the hair on Monday next week normally
Order on Friday, u can expect it on Wednesday next week normally;

Due to the security issue is getting more and more severes in some areas, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for package lost in these cases:
a. Shipping address is not clear or wrong, DHL/FedEx won't be able to find it.
b. Nobody is able to sign for the package and DHL/FedEx leave at door, package stolen
c. Signed by someone else you don't know which means maliciously stolen
We will be RESPONSIBLE for these circumstances and full refunding:
a. We put the wrong address which didn't match ur given address
b. DHL/FedEx delivery to another wrong address instead of ur given address.

Before you sign package, please open the package to inspect with DHL/FedEx delivery man stands by, if we send the wrong item please refuse to sign and contact us. Once you signed the pack means you agree you received an item with correct bundles. It’s the customer’s duty to inspect goods before signature. By the way, we have all record for shipped out orders and also third-party DHL/FedEx has data can help us verify the goods we sent.
