I was absolutely in love with the hair initially. After the first 2 weeks the hair turned into a dry mess. Tangled beyond repair. I informed the company, provided photos as well, and they advised that I use a specific dove shampoo for the hair. I followed their instructions and bought this shampoo, still no luck with the dry and tangled mess. Then I was offered by them to send the same bottles of dove shampoo that I already purchased and told them did not work. Then they offered me to send them the hair at my expense so they could assess it and revive it if possible. With no guarantee that the hair will be revived or possibility of a refund. I donāt see why I should have to spend a dime considering that the hair isnāt living up to the standards of what was advertised by them. The hair is in literal locs now, canāt detangle at all. I try my hardest to make it look presentable. Mind you Iām a 4C natural with thick hair down my back, so the maintenance isnāt something new to me.
I even asked if they could just send me a new order of hair if they donāt want to consider a refund, just incase I got a bad batch. Why would I pay to return hair that has turned into a rats nest? Like why should I have to incur those fees when itās your companyās hair that wasnāt up to par.
Very disappointed with the quality of hair and the options that were given when the quality of said hair was raised. I WOULD NOW RECCOMEND! DO NOT BUY!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN! !!
First off, I would like to say I am a cosmetologist 10+ years and I have ordered the kinky straight in the past and I love the hair colored perfectly. It did not shed or mat this light yucky straight hair ahead now for over a month and it looks very natural it look like coming out of my scalp but one thing I do notice is that throughout the day within like a few hours that the batch that I have starts to tangle in the nape area so I find myself detangling more than I like to and also the detangling, it starts to shed more than I like it too. I put product in it. You know I try to keep it moisturized so it wouldnāt do that. I noticed that you know once they dry out the more it does start to tangle
so I know I use Moroccan oil products and it works wonders on this hair for that issue but once it starts to dry out like I said it does mat up in the back of my head and I made a unit out of this and didnāt cut my wefts. I do take it off every night and make sure I comb out the kinks at the in my neck. I actually donāt know how long Iām gonna keep this in now because of those issues but other than that the hair is it is beautiful and it looks completely natural.
Iāve ordered from QWB years ago and the quality is still top notch. I bleached the hair and it still held up. I am ordering again for the second time this year. I hope my clients also like this hair ā¤ļø
The hair is soft and easy enough to detangle. The Burmese curls are much loser than pictured so not easy to blend.
I've gotten so many compliments on my hair being beautiful, and thick. The quantities of styles are endless
